At ArabiSEO Pro (by Intalaq), we are committed to protecting the privacy of your Shopify store data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and handle information when you install and use our application.

1. Data Collection via Shopify API

To provide our SEO services, ArabiSEO Pro accesses the following store information via the Shopify Admin API:

  • Product Information: Titles, descriptions, and current metadata to generate AI-driven SEO tags.

  • Product Images: To perform AI-powered scanning for Alt Text generation.

  • URL Data: To identify Arabic slugs and convert them into English SEO-friendly slugs.

  • Redirect Data: To create and manage 301 redirects for fixed 404 errors.

Note: We do not collect, store, or share any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) of your customers, such as names, email addresses, or payment details.

2. How We Process Your Data

  • AI Image Analysis: Product images are temporarily processed by secure AI models (such as OpenAI or Google Vision) solely to generate descriptive Alt Text. These images are not stored or used for training AI models.

  • URL Translation: Arabic URLs are processed to generate English transliterations. Original and new URLs are stored only within your Shopify store's database via the API.

  • Metadata Generation: AI-generated Meta Titles and Descriptions are sent directly to your Shopify Admin and are not stored on our external servers.

3. Data Retention and Security

  • Zero-Persistence: We follow a "Zero-Theme-Impact" and "Zero-Data-Storage" policy. Most optimization happens in real-time.

  • Uninstallation: If you uninstall ArabiSEO Pro, our access to your store is immediately revoked via Shopify. Any cached metadata or configuration settings on our end are deleted within 48 hours.

4. Third-Party Services

We use secure third-party AI processors to generate SEO content. These partners are compliant with global privacy standards and do not retain your store's proprietary data after the optimization task is complete.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We will notify users of any significant changes via the Shopify admin or email.
